Kuelimika Kwa Africa Partners with Africa Career Networks to Advance Careers of Impact for Youth in Senegal
Kuelimika Kwa Africa is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with Africa Career Networks (ACN), officially signed on 21st November 2025 under the ACN Affiliates Program. Through this partnership, Kuelimika Kwa Africa joins a network of 15 leading organisations working across Africa to advance meaningful, dignified career pathways for young people on the continent.
Across Africa, millions of young people face the challenge of transitioning from education into employment that is not only accessible, but also purposeful and sustainable. Addressing this gap requires strong employer engagement, local insight, and youth-centred solutions. These principles sit at the core of this partnership.
Africa Career Networks (ACN) works to improve career readiness among young people, specifically Mastercard Foundation Scholars and Alumni and African Leadership Academy (ALA) Alumni, while building strong employer relationships to help them secure dignified career opportunities.
ACN focuses on key growth sectors including agribusiness, education, healthcare, governance, infrastructure, professional services, and the arts, ensuring young people are prepared for sectors critical to Africa’s present and future.
Kuelimika Kwa Africa brings to this partnership a deep commitment to unlocking the potential of Africa’s young population through culturally rooted, inclusive, and skills-driven programmes. The organisation empowers young Africans from all backgrounds to lead, innovate, advocate, and contribute meaningfully to the continent’s transformation, with a particular focus on underserved and underrepresented communities.
As part of the ACN Affiliates Program, Kuelimika Kwa Africa will implement the programme in Senegal, contributing to ACN’s continental mission while responding to local labour market realities.
The partnership will support Mastercard Foundation Scholars and Alumni and ALA Alumni, with a strong focus on women, refugees, and persons with disabilities for meaningful inclusion while upholding safeguarding principles.
